Free Content: Afternoon Interest (Cricket)
by Wakuba on Apr.03, 2009, under Selections
The West Indies take on England in the fifth ODI this afternoon – and one bet stands out like a sore thumb.
So far, the sixes count is 28 to the West Indies – and 2 to England. Yes, that’s 28-2. And that’s with England having two 20-20 style innings to the West Indies one. The Windies to score more sixes in this final one-dayer, especially as they will be hugely keen to win this game, and the series, having been the better side throughout is a mammoth 4/6 (yes, 4/6 can be mammoth). Pieterson and Flintoff do return, but both are carrying knocks and as KP has said himself, he doesn’t want to be there.
If you are looking for a saver you might consider a small stake on Pieterson to be top England bat at 7/2 – because if England do win, he will have to contribute (and you could land both).
West Indies to hit more sixes @ 4/6 (BlueSq, Stan James, 888sport) – 2 points
Pieterson to be top England bat @ 7/2 (BlueSq, 888sport) – 0.5 points
Weekend Results
by Wakuba on Mar.30, 2009, under Results
Israel and Greece played out the draw we predicted, giving our subscribers a nice 9/4 winner.
Unfortunately Accrington couldn’t quite sneak all three points against Rotherham, and Barnet suffered a surprise defeat to Darlington, making us slightly down for the weekend.
It’s been an average month for Wakuba, some good winners but unprofitable overall; but we are a long term strategy, and have so far brought back approximately 20% to our subscribers, including one month in which we returned over 40%.
We recommend a minimum 6 month subscription to release the potential of our strategy – sign up now to benefit from our extensive research and analysis.
